
Procedure to Apply for Microsoft Certification Exam – ESL Accommodation:
ESL – “ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE“
Make Sure Name Consistency:
- Your name must be consistent across the next documents:
- Government-Issued ID Proof: (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, PAN Card)
- MS Learn Account Profile Name
- ESL Form: Includes your name, MS Learn details (Name, ID, etc.)
- Employer Acknowledgement Letter: Must be on official letterhead with the employer’s signature.
Prepare Attachments:
- ESL Form
- Employer Acknowledgement Letter
Send Request Email:
- Use your MS Learn login email discuss to send the request email.
- Include the following attachments:
- ESL Form
- Employer Acknowledgement Letter (students can collect from institutions)
- Email Subject: ESL Application Request – [Your Full Name]
- Mail id- AccommodationsPearsonVUE@pearson.com
Validity Period:
- The ESL accommodation, once approved, is valid for 2 years from the date of approval.
- This extended time allows candidates to use Pearson’s exam features, like accessing MS Learn content and reviewing answers.
Exam Schedule process with ESL.
After your ESL accommodation is approved, you will get an email with detailed instructions on how to schedule your exam. Please note that the exam scheduling must be done over the phone, not online.
Reasons to Application Rejection:
Make sure that your name matches exactly across all documents—MS Learn Account, Government ID, ESL Form, and Acknowledgement Letter. Any discrepancies lead to delays or rejection, so verifying this in advance will save time and avoid complications.
